I am the ever athletic Senne. From an early age I have had sports running through my veins. So you will never see me sitting still. In my final years of my Masters in exercise and sports science with a major in "Performance and Action Lifestyle Coaching," I was tutored by Coach Redert. I never heard anyone talk about strength training like he did before. The essence of it in everyone's life is also something I like to bring into my coaching myself. A university degree teaches you what you need to know, however, the experience and feeling is something you can only learn by doing it. I got this experience by completing my internship at ING and at RT Training & Coaching.
After a 13-year career in soccer, I learned to appreciate the importance of strength training. This appreciation grew further through my interest in gymnastics, especially the rings. This helped me to continue my specialization in calisthenics. Being in control of my own body and being able to teach this to others is something that keeps my fire burning. From holding a handstand perfectly to a pull up with 60 kg extra weight... I do it all and who knows, maybe you will too!
Today many people have lost connection and feeling with their bodies. As a personal coach, this affects me, since exercise, no matter how small, is good for you. Ultimately, the goal remains: ( back ) to move in a way where fun and relaxation are central. I like to support you in this as your personal coach. I want to be a coach who adapts to the needs and goals of my client. So I always offer a listening ear and together we look at how to address complaints and achieve goals. My mission: make everyone feel good AND above all, have the desire to keep moving.
