I'm going to be way too muscular!
Women especially struggle with this prejudice regarding strength training. However, women lack the necessary testosterone to build a lot of muscle mass. Also, the (very) muscular women in magazines/Instagram train at least 5x/week and for years combined with a specific diet/supplements. As a "normal" woman, strength training will provide a tighter body (firming/toning) without the same muscle mass as a man.
