By using any RT Training & Coaching service and/or contacting RT Training & Coaching, you expressly acknowledge that you will comply with these terms and conditions. All disputes regarding the service sensu lato as well as all disputes between parties regarding agreements that are subject to these general terms and conditions shall fall within the exclusive jurisdiction of the court of the judicial district of Leuven.

Training sessions RT Training & Coaching
Article 4.1Training assignments at RT Training & Coaching will only be performed under the following provisions. Deviating agreements will only apply if agreed upon in writing between the customer and RT Training & Coaching.
Article 4.2RT Training & Coaching verbindt zich de met de klant overeengekomen training uit te voeren. The training concerns an obligation to perform to the best of one's knowledge and ability and in accordance with the requirements of good workmanship.
Article 4.3The client agrees to pay the agreed upon price for the training. The fees for the trainings are clearly stated on a hardcopy fee schedule visible to the client at RT Training & Coaching's location. This fee schedule is the only fee schedule that commits RT Training & Coaching.
Article 4.4The client must notify RT Training & Coaching by telephone or on the spot of any impediment to an appointment as soon as possible, but no later than 24 hours prior to the appointment. If the client fails to fulfill this obligation or fails to do so in a timely manner, RT Training & Coaching may charge the client 50% of the fee for the agreed training, with a minimum of 45 Euros (unless the price of the training is lower, in which case the full price will be charged). If the client arrives at the training room more than five minutes later than the agreed time, the lost time may be shortened on the training and still be charged the entire agreed fee.
Article 4.5If the client has a complaint about the training or a product or a complaint regarding the operation sensu lato of RT Training & Coaching, this must be reported in writing to RT Training & Coaching as soon as possible, but within three working days of discovery, stating the reasons for the complaint. If, in the opinion of RT Training & Coaching, the complaint is well-founded, the training will either be redone at no cost to the customer who made the complaint, or a full or partial refund of the training will be granted. If RT Training & Coaching and the complainant cannot reach an agreement, the complainant may submit the dispute to the judiciary or an independent mediator. The customer expressly accepts no action sensu lato of any kind - including but not limited to : lawsuits, publicity in any form towards third parties, ... - regarding the training and/or complaint to be taken unless a complaint according to this article was reported to RT Training & Coaching within the expiration period as well as the assessment of the complaint was obtained by RT Training & Coaching.
Proper Behavior in RT Training & Coaching
Article 5.1The client should behave properly in the training room according to generally accepted standards. If, after repeated warnings, the client continues to exhibit improper behavior, RT Training & Coaching has the right to refuse the client access to the salon without giving reasons and without recourse.
Article 5.2Tijdens een training is het verboden te roken of te eten.
Article 5.3Pets are not allowed in the training room unless given express permission by RT Training & Coaching.
Indemnification
Article 6.1RT Training & Coaching has the right to claim compensation from the client if the client damages furniture, equipment or products.
Articlel 6.2Violation of articles 4.3, 4.5, 5.1, 5.2 and/or 5.3 entitle RT Training & Coaching to claim damages from client of 10x the value of the training in question, with a minimum of 200 EUR. In case of violation of article 4.5, client also accepts that any action taken in violation of the provisions of article 4.5 will be reversed by client.
Article 6.2Violation of articles 2.2 and/or 2.3 entitle RT Training & Coaching to claim damages from client, visitor or claimant or the proxy holder of predecessors of 500 EUR or equal to the monetary value of the claim for damages, the claim for obtaining license fees, or of any other claim brought in violation of the aforementioned articles.
Gift Vouchers
Article 7Gift certificates are valid for 1 year, they are not refundable in cash.
