I graduated as a Master in Physical Education and Movement Sciences (Cum Laude) in 2023.
After taking classes with Redert at the KULeuven, I was immediately interested in his approach and vision around Training & Coaching. After a successful internship at RT Training & Coaching, where I got to know Personal Training in its overall perspective and which matched my vision, I immediately started working as a Personal Trainer at Redert.
As an avid marathon runner (done 5 marathons, most recently in October 2023 in 2h51'25") and strength athlete, I specialise in coaching of athletes. To achieve your personal goals in sport, I believe you should combine this with strength training. Not only towards performance improvement, but also injury prevention. Consistency is ultimately the most important thing and it is very important to be able to keep training without getting injured. With the scientific approach I use (with analysis of running workouts, lactate testing, measurable progression), I make each workout as goal-oriented as possible, so that you can maximise progression with as little chance of overtraining as possible. Measuring is knowing!
